KPI variables

To add a KPI variable:

1. Right click on the Activity for which you want to specify KPI variables.
2. Select Add KPI Variable from the menu.
3. In the Outline view, a new variable will be listed (Variable1, Variable2, etc.). Select the variable for which you want to specify values.
4. In the Properties view, enter the values for the KPI variable.

You can also add KPIs just using the Outline view.

Name	Description
Name	Identifies the performance variable.
Assign Time	Select Start or End. If you select Start, the variable is applied at the beginning of the process; if you select End, the variable is applied at the end of the process.
Expression	You can enter a string (results will be numeric) or enter Java code.
