Importing models

Simulation models can be created from existing BPEL processes, or by importing Visio or XPDL.

To import a process model into ActiveVOS Designer and ActiveVOS Designer for Business Analysts:

1. Select File->New->Simulation Model
2. Select the destination folder.
3. Type in a file name for the simulation model.
4. Select the ActiveVOS BPEL file which you would like to simulate.

Additional elements

The diagram is only part of the model. Additional information can also be included with the diagram, such as documentation and additional properties
