Deploying Process Requests, Tasks and Configuration Files

Files that you want to deploy to the ActiveVOS Server for use in ActiveVOS Central, include ActiveVOS Central Configuration file(s), HTML files for Process Request and Human Task forms, BIRT report designs, and related resources, such as images and multilingual properties files.

You can create a business process archive (.BPR ) file that includes only these resources.

To create a BPR, select File>Export>Business Process Archive. On the Additional Resources page, select the following Resource types:

• Central Configuration for ActiveVOS Central configuration file
• HTML for Process Requests and Task Forms
• Property files containing externalized strings for languages other than English. If these file are not already displayed, add them as type Other.

Tip: To export ActiveVOS Central files, select the deploy and form folders and right-mouse click to select Export>Business Process Archive. When you navigate to the Additional Resources page, you will see that your resources are already selected, as shown:
