Migrating from Designer Versions Prior to 7.x
There are a few changes to be aware of for new versions of
ActiveVOS Designer.
- Old PDDs can have the partner role Invoke Handler
of email or identity, which
now get resolved to system service automatically.
- Old PDDs can have a My Role Binding style of External,
which is now worded as Unpublished. You will
still see External in the PDD XML source; however,
the binding shows as Unpublished in the Process
Definition page of the Administration Console.
- Old processes saved with Show Swimlanes turned
on no longer display swimlanes. Swimlanes do not exist in Version
7.X.
