Navigating in ActiveVOS Central

After you log into ActiveVOS Central, you see the Home page.

On the left-hand side, you see the major categories of Tasks, Requests, and Reports.

The following illustration shows the main areas of ActiveVOS Central.

Selecting a List of Tasks, Requests, or Reports

By default, the Tasks category is open, displaying a task list in the right-hand side, if tasks are waiting for you. To open Requests or Reports, click on the name in the left-hand side. Lists of tasks, requests, and reports are contained within category folders. For example, the Reports category contains Process Management, Task Management, and other categories of reports.

Selecting a Specific Task, Request, or Report

In the listing area, highlight an item. A single-click opens the item in the preview area.

Double-click or select Open in Tab to view the item on a separate tab.

Using Search

The Search feature works on the currently displayed list of Tasks, Requests, or Reports. You can filter the list by entering a search word.
