System Services Interfaces

When you select the System Services, in the new Participant dialog or in the filter in Interfaces view, you see several partner link types (or port types) that are defined within ActiveVOS WSDLs. These WSDLs are exposed for you to create activities that can communicate with the ActiveVOS server.

The following is a description of partner link types and operations you can use in receives, replies, and invokes.

Some operations that the task inbox uses that are not a part of the standard WS-HT WSDL, such as task history and comments

removeOwnerPLT/removeOwner

This is what the task inbox uses to remove a notification from a user's inbox. It does this by removing the owner from the notification's recipients organizational entity.

taskCustomNotificationServicePLT/processCustomNotification

Creates a custom process to execute for a People activity’s notification deadline. For details, see ActiveVOS BPEL for People Online Help.
