ActiveVOS Designer Components

ActiveVOS Designer includes the following components:

• ActiveVOS Designer, including creation, simulation, deployment, and execution of BPEL processes
• Orchestration Project Samples

The Tutorial and other orchestration samples contain files to get you started on basic and special processes. You can use the tutorial as described in ActiveVOS Tutorial.

• BPEL Templates

BPEL templates provide you with built-in functions for special-purpose processes.

• Built-in Server

Set up a configuration for an ActiveVOS server and deploy your process for testing. The Tomcat server is embedded in the Designer application and is pre-configured to work with the sample applications that ship with the product.
