KPIs

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) help an organization define and measure progress toward organizational goals. Within the model, KPIs only apply to Activities. An example of a KPI is cancellation rate.

To add a KPI:

  1. Right click on the Activity for which you want to specify KPIs.
  2. Select Add KPI from the menu.
  3. In the Outline view, a new indicator will be listed (Indicator1, Indicator2, etc.). Select the indicator for which you want to specify values.
  4. In the Properties view, enter the values for the KPI.

You can also add KPIs just using the Outline view.
